PERSONAL TRAINING sessions available in and around North London & surrounding areass – whether you want to train in the comfort of your own home, a park near to you, or have some HIIT interval sessions in your local gym.

With 28 years of industry experience as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor/presenter & coach – my sessions consist of tailor-made solutions that are effective, fun & inspiring.  Along with online & offline support, daily accountability check in’s, effective fat loss nutrition & sugar free coaching, positive mindset work & more motivation than you could poke a stick at!

£500 for 10 sessions 

(Small group welcome @ home sessions Max of 4 people – split the cost!)
